English is our default language for enquiries and coordination. Tell us separately which language you prefer for communication and which language each final output requires. Translation or localisation requirements are confirmed before commissioning.
Review, revisions and changes in scope
Your quote specifies the review stages, included revisions and what each covers. A new research question, additional material or another output can change the work involved. Any effect on scope, timing and price is agreed before that additional work proceeds.

Where AI tools are proposed, agree their purpose, the material they may receive and the human review required. AI output is not evidence in itself: references, calculations, claims and interpretations need checking against appropriate sources or supplied material.
