Demonstration library

The decisions.
Not just the finish.

Open the brief, inspect an excerpt and follow the reasoning behind it. Six studies make different kinds of research and editorial work tangible.

Original demonstrations created for this website. Not client projects, published research or evidence of past client outcomes. Fictional material and synthetic data are labelled within each study.

Original Studies · Folio 01

One question.
The work behind it.

A complete, inspectable demonstration: the analysis plan, the annotated edit and the presentation that brings them together.

Follow a prospective Palmer Penguins analysis protocol through eight editorial decisions and six presentation slides. Download the text and claim ledger to inspect how the pieces connect.

Self-initiated demonstration, not a client project or completed data analysis. Sources, open questions and proposed decisions are identified throughout.

Specific expertise.
Clear responsibility.

The question, the evidence, the argument and the final format each call for a different kind of attention.

Discuss your language requirements

Your academic context

One brief.
Your requirements.

For students at undergraduate, master’s and doctoral levels, faculty, research teams, authors and organisations worldwide—across disciplines, institutions and publishing contexts.

A research brief needs more than a country name. We work from the requirements of your institution, programme, journal or publisher and the audience the final work must reach.

Institution & publication

Bring your thesis or dissertation handbook, supervisor feedback, journal author instructions or conference brief. We agree which requirements govern the work and which decisions need your input.

Language & conventions

Specify British or American English, a required French or Portuguese regional variant, Simplified or Traditional Chinese, or another convention. Agree terminology, referencing style and a consistent editorial approach.

Delivery & coordination

State the deadline with its time zone and the formats you need. Your written quote confirms the deliverables, review stages, currency and payment arrangements before work begins.

03 / Working together

A clear brief.
A considered result.

One chapter or a connected programme of work. Start with what you have; we shape the engagement around what you need.

Start the conversation
  1. Start with the project

Tell us what you are making, who it is for and when you need it. A short outline is enough to begin.

  2. Define the work together

We clarify the scope, deliverables, review points, timeline and price before production starts.

  3. Develop and refine

Research, editorial and design tasks follow the same brief. Your feedback informs the agreed revision stages.

  4. Receive a clear handover

We deliver the agreed files, supporting notes and next-step guidance, organised for the way you will use the work.

The detail behind the delivery

Care you can see in the work.

Quality is made visible through the details: how an argument is supported, how a manuscript reads and how clearly the final files are presented.

Review priorities to define in your project brief
AreaWhat we examine
Research & evidenceQuestions, source references and methodological choices are connected. Information gaps are identified rather than concealed.
Argument & structureChapters, sections and slides have a clear purpose. Claims and conclusions remain proportionate to the available evidence.
Language & consistencyTerminology, spelling, references and editorial decisions follow the agreed style and intended audience.
Delivery & usabilityThe agreed format, review notes and supporting files make the work practical to revise, present or submit.

Before we begin

A few useful answers.

What should I send first?

A short project summary, your field, the current stage and your target date. If you have a draft, describe it first. You do not need to upload files or create a ScientiaHub account to begin.

How is the price agreed?

We quote for the work your project needs: its length, complexity, depth of support, deliverables and timeline. We agree the scope, review stages and price before production begins.

Can I work with you internationally?

Yes. We work remotely with students, researchers, faculty, authors and organisations worldwide. Outputs are available in English, German, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese, Spanish and Japanese. This website and default coordination are in English. Specify the language, audience and deadline for your project; we agree the details before work begins.

Can you improve an existing draft?

Yes. We can assess the structure, argument and language of an existing manuscript and agree a focused revision or editing brief. Partial drafts and supervisor or reviewer comments are useful starting points.

Will I receive editable files?

Where the project calls for an editable document or slide deck, we specify the file format in the proposal. Tracked changes, clean copies, notes and supporting files are included as agreed.

Can you coordinate the whole project, or just one part?

Both are possible. Begin with one task, develop work already in progress, or coordinate the relevant stages through final handover. Your proposal identifies the work, your contribution, review points and the files you will receive. Explore a complete project.
